This is a significant achievement that reflects the commitment and dedication of both parties to achieve a balanced and sustainable agreement that will benefit our employees for the next four years. <\/p>\n<p>This agreement was made possible through collaboration, open dialogue and a shared commitment to the collective well-being of our employees.
